AOL users
If you're having technical problems, please make sure your AOL browser is updated for JavaScript by accessing Keyword: 128Browser.
Once your AOL software is updated, you can access the section you had been working on from the
WisconsinMentor homepage.
If the problem occurs again, please notify us through the
contact information section of the WisconsinMentor Student Support page and we will help you.
The minimum browser requirements are:
- Internet Explorer 5.5 for the PC
- Firefox 1.0 for the PC
- Safari 1.0 for the Macintosh
- Netscape 7 for the Macintosh
If your computer can support a later version, we always recommend getting the most recent version.
To download the very latest version of Netscape, go to the Latest Netscape Browser Software Page.
To download the very latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer for the PC, go to the Microsoft Internet Explorer PC Page.
